Returns

Eligibility:

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size. If the item is unavailable a refund will be provided.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at kinshipclothingandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely pack the items and send them back using the label provided within 7 days.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Shipping:

• Please allow 7-10 business days for confirmation of refund or exchange.  
• Please note that we charge a $8.00 Return Shipping Fee for items sent back for a refund. This fee will be applied to each individual return form created, so we recommend processing all the items you want to return from an order at the same time.
